The doc said that you and Shona are doing a good job with his treatments. There is no fluid buildup, ascites, so that is good. Bo's lungs and heart sound good. Dr. Spencer said was impressed with the meticulous records you keep on Bo's treatment. He will copy the records and put them in Bo's chart when I bring Bo in for his blood test in June. Thank you so very much for rescuing Jezebel on Friday. It is scary to think that she could have been strangled. (Jezebel got her head caught in a shirt sleeve, and it was twisted around her neck when Christi arrived for our midday walk)

Thank you for the referral to the emergency vet! I would like to congratulate you in being an "Aunty", our turtle Dubby laid 4 eggs last night, and the vet says there are 7 more! Thank you so very much for all your hard work. (sitters Shona and Christi)

Shona, thanks for all the attention to detail you provide when caring for our critters, plants, mail, etc. It was easy for us normally independent types to trust you and and depend on you to take care of everything. Wilbur and Molly adored you, and trusted you completely. Maynard the Cat and I feel the same way!

I wanted to thank you again for taking such good care of Roxie. I also wanted to thank you for the suggestion about the rug.  We had both noticed her legs slipping, but we just hadn't thought about putting a rug under her.  It does seem to help her a lot. (note: Roxie is an older dog, and her legs are too weak to keep her still and stable while she drinks at her water bowl. Sitters Jason and Christi.)

We just wanted to say thank you again regarding the care our Pepe received recently.   As usual Shona, Jason and Nicole did an outstanding job taking care of our Pepe.  We really appreciate the journals that we receive after each visit, it lets us know how Pepe behaved, especially with her eating, she can have a mind of her own on what she wants to do.  It is hard to leave Pepe behind, but we always feel secure knowing that she is being looked after by people who really care and give her that extra attention. 

Again, thanks to all for watching our Pepe and taking such good care of her and of course checking on the house to make sure all is well.

We got home at 11:30 last night.
 
When we came in, the animals were all sitting in a semi-circle in the kitchen. As soon as we got in, they started chanting, "Christi! Christi! Christi!"  Then Tommy and Rosie didn't want to eat, they wanted Christi to feed them. Hmmmmm... (note: the pets are still learning how to say "Nicole, Nicole, Nicole!)

 I don't know how I would have made it with out your help!!!  You are wonderful!:) :)   [Every member of the Terrapin Pets team has cared for Ovie!]

Many thanks to you and Nicole for watching the kitties last week.  We arrived home a couple hours ago, and both are curled up in the living room (pretending they were well behaved the entire time ...).  It's always a HUGE relief knowing that you and your team are keeping an eye on these guys while we're gone.

Yes, everything went well with the kitties. I am glad Nicole was taking care of them; they apparently trapped themselves in one of the bedrooms (not once, but twice!)  They have never done that before... Please thank her for us.

Thanks so much to you and Lynn for taking care of Sunnie! We are very impressed [Christi] came with her the first two times. Also, we are very proud of Sunnie for coming out and letting Lynn pet her.

Your quick response to the emergency at my neighbors' home prevented a tragedy, and I am touched by your care and concern for my dogs well-being...and the extra TLC that Jasmine and Junior received. ( Laura smelled smoke and heard the smoke detector going off, called 911. Laurel Fire Department found a untended pot burning on the stove; a dog was crated in the home, and a cat was hiding also. Sitters Laura, Ruth, Christi)

I wanted to thank you again for the great job you did with Shadow this summer. For once she wasn't an emotional wreck when I had to leave her. Best Wishes for 2010! (sitters Nicole and Christi)
